ACK Unique Editions / 1 of 1's

This is the contract Alpha Centauri Kid has minted on since July 2021. Twenty-one of its tokens are one-of-ones: dark, layered pictures of death, roses, pianos and the figure he calls the Muse, several of them glitching GIFs. In whisper of the Muse, captioned "a self portrait", a winged woman leans over a slumped man with a skull for a face. The other 42 belong to two early editions. Last Orders!, made with XCOPY, is one 3D bar scene in 27 copies. Right Click Print puts a hooded figure in a flooded room hung with copies of famous paintings, 15 times over.

ACK minted the first token and all of Last Orders! on July 14, 2021, and most of the bar scenes sold the next day. Right Click Print followed in August, each copy with its own polaroid and its own score on the piano. The one-of-ones came one at a time until 2026, their images stored on Arweave, and ACK still rewrites some of their records. Of the 64 tokens minted, one was burned, so 63 remain.

The contract holds his biggest sales. On October 9, 2021, a day after his SuperRare debut sold, the collector Vincent Van Dough bought til death do us part, and ACK told The Monty Report that those two sales are what made him go full time. He means that work to keep changing until he dies, and he has rewritten it onchain 48 times. In September 2022 the collector GVG bought the one-of-one pale blue death and burned it within minutes. ACK minted him whisper of the Muse in return. Collectors who owned an ACK one-of-one before 2022 received a badge, now servants of the Muse.
