Additional Information: Twins are thought to bring luck to those who see them and touch them, and they are showered with gifts and money from strangers. They are regarded as bearers of happiness, good luck and riches for their parents, but also as familiars of the gods, with extraordinary powers.
In "Twin Flames," I pay homage to my fraternal twin by photographing 100 sets of twins, exploring the intricate concept of twindom through immersive portraits. Utilizing three distinct film formats, I aim to create an "intentional phenomenology," capturing the shared experiences and cultural significance of twins in our society.
