Isolation and an Empty Vending Machine

In this artwork I show an outdoor vastness, which relates to our separation from the things and people we had normally found enjoyable. The 'virus issue' caused us to be out of reach with other humans. The 'distancing' has been annoying. The irony is that we need stimulation from a dullness of stuck at home, in a same routine especially with a family. Being alone there's boredom, to listlessness as well. While the levels of environmental stress continue to rise, we are witnessing the deterioration of relationships. Rather than connecting with people, many restrictive measures have created rivalries and arousing discord between people. We are now slowly able to feel hope out of misery. The sailboat in the distance represents the normal that's coming our way.
