Architecture of Glass & smoke

I made this picture as an architectural improvisation using two materials: glass and smoke. I started by creating different architectural modules that I assembled at the discretion of my inspiration, until I'm satisfied with the composition. Once this is done, it's time for details and polishing: lights, roads and materials rendering.

I wanted a dark and industrial architecture for this one, so I limited the colors to a dismal green for the constructions and white for the smoke, in order to have a menacing atmosphere.

Technically, this is entirely make using voxels, meaning the whole object is composed with millions of small cubes, assembled together to create an unified and bug structure.
