Don't Think

In a World we live in, we've been pacified by television for a long time, and then computers, cellphones and other electronics became things we depend on. It has taken away from the normal engaging with other people, friends to family. The pandemic had us have to use the computer communication to an extreme, since we were told to 'isolate', to be 'locked-down' and not venture outdoors, only for essentials. We were not socially close together, causing many more people have varied degrees of mental health issues, thus much more using anxiety/depression meds. This artwork focuses on 'DON'T THINK'. It's about letting others, as our government do the thinking for us. So we order pizza a lot. We are repressed, stuck, hoping a normal will come soon. A vaccine we take. We'll be in a new controlled society, but it doesn't have to be that way. We need to innovate, and focus on doing what we aspire to want do. Material things we buy more that only create a temporary happiness, psychologically. A consumer society we will always be, hoping that the high curve of the small % of the super rich, who have control, will flatten out.
