With my sculpture I see two forms of existence. The time before it was made, and the time after when the thought became creation. Between these two places, a journey happens.
The journey happens in the in-between place, between not existing yet, and existing.
It's the place of dreams, the meta space, and the imagination, inhabited by art, where innumerable experiences happen that we may only have the slightest inkling they have happened, or are occurring. These happenings and worlds are the subject of these explorations. I call the Origin Stories. This is Part One for Tropic of Capricorn.
