Details from Earth

This is part of a series called "Details from Earth". I started this research almost three years ago. I was tired of the simple postcard landscapes, the sunset, the sunrise, the night sky. Everything was devalued by the amount of online content. You go in a place, take a landscape and probably you're going to find 10 more photos like yours. Then you aim at the editing, the color correction, the details quality and.. everything becomes about technique. When this thought came into my head I just wanted to let me go into experimentation. NATUREXHUMAN is the result. Published on LensCulture, not really appreciated by the critique, cause "They wanted something with philosophy". So I erased the name and the concept and set aside who wanted philosophy, reason and intellect into something that was all about feelings. I was looking for a different vision, something that could contain the whole territory in a single shot. I wanted something particular, the worth seeing details that nobody sees. I wanted to keep an impressionist point of view, not caring about the shape and the subject. Everything was about me, the details and the colors. So "Details from Earth" came into life. A square window upon our source of life: the water.
