The journey towards inner peace and forgiveness is a long a winding path that is incredibly rewarding, and leads to unexpected places. This image, shot on a walk in nature to treat my depression, speaks to me on so many levels, the beauty of nature, being in a place with no judgement, and most of all being present in the moment.
Part of my journey involves attaining inner peace whilst spreading joy and loving kindness. For me, nature is the greatest cleanser for negative thoughts and helps guide us back to our more primal roots. This world is quite challenging for some of us, taking time to breathe and just 'be' is a wonderful respite.
