What does this piece represent?
I wanted to capture the chaos of the watercolor landscape confined to a defined shape. Depth is shown with spanning mountains fading into the distance, along with the overlap and combinations of various textures.
A central focus on a tree is balanced in the composition with a red sun. The mist moving across the landscape provides the perfect feeling of stillness.
Why is this piece important to you?
This is the first Zenscape I have ever created inside a shape and will always be an important step for me.
What tools were used to create it?
This was created in Procreate and animated in Motionleap.
