To be grounded is to be in touch with our true nature. In this state, there are no anxieties from perceiving the future or depressions from reviewing the past. Grounded is being in a state of knowing while simultaneously welcoming the unknown. As a species, we can forget our origins and get caught in the minutia of the world and our finite games. I made this piece as a representation of how it feels to break from that to be connected with nature and in tune with your environment.
