Nick is a great collaborator and after a few frames wearing the classic glasses with the slinky eyes, he took one out of the frame to see if anything would work with just one. He managed to hold it in place over his eye and riffed on a few expressions like that. There is a stress and nervousness to this image that I played on for the video effect but it's still funny, in that dry deadpan Offerman way - usually followed by one of the best laughs there is.
