In the 1950s and 1960s, the S.U. pioneered the use of titanium in military applications. The 'Titanoey Titan' was engineered after the ICBM-and Sputnik 1 accomplishments, in yet another attempt to surpass the U.S. in the nuclear-and space race.
Preliminary tests were promising, allthough serious ethical questions were raised over the use of 'Cerebral Conjunction'. In their race for suppremacy, S.U. generals turned to the detainment camps up north to recruit enslaved, desperate Sovjet loners for their purpose. Skipping proper screening led to highly unpredictable behaviour within the Titans and it was not soon before things took a turn for the absolute worse...
It is the year 2453 AD and these Titans are still roaming the Earth. Forever trapped, forever alone.
