The bronzed Celtic goddess stands within the sacred flames and conjures with her mind the winged spirit which will, in time, grow to become a Phoenix.
I like to use photographs which I integrate into my work. Here I have modified an image kindly given by photographer Daria Rem and placed it in front of my metallic, digital 'flames'. The swirled, imaginary bird image gives a Celtic feel to the piece and it seems to be gaining solidity simply by way of thought.
