Artist Statement: I have always been fascinated by the concept of ideas and their mysterious otherworldly existence. Just imagine, somewhere, out there, between the conscious world and our unconscious thoughts, deep in the sea of the great unknown, little sparks of divinity playfully wait in the shadows, like a cat, ready to pounce on our beautiful unsuspecting minds. It's all really quite fascinating if you take the time to think about it. My work mainly focuses on these fractal events that everyone takes for granted. The "Big Bang" moments where these new ideas fill the air with a white-hot electric charge, inspiration becomes malleable, and the outcome of potential possibilities are in a constant state of flux. These are illustrative snapshots into worlds of transition and discovery.
