This is one of Yanka's first artworks in this technique and one of the few that had miraculously survived during all these years. Like another artwork Star, this one also belongs to the Tarot series and corresponds to the card #IX of Major Arcana 'The Wise One' (or 'Hermit'). Yes, it's not a mistake, I know, you expected it to be a 'Magician' - but it's not. The drawing is stunningly beautiful and mesmerizing. Yanka uses common symbols with a slightly alien twist to create this solemn image of a young (ageless) man and his infinite Universe (his hermit's retreat).
