Curtain of Change

I noticed a brown dragonfly on the curtain that haven’t move for hours. I thought it was dead. I got closer to take a photo and it moves its wings. It tried to get out of the room, but couldn’t. I caught it using a paper bag and let it out free. I checked the curtain the next day to see for any insects. Instead, I noticed how the light fell into the curtain, the interesting shadows from the burglar bars outside, so I decided to take a photo of it. After looking all my photos, I decided to combine the dragonfly and the curtain. I enlarge the dragonfly to show its dominance, importance to nature and to create contrast of the vertical lines of the drapery. I added red color of the long folds representing love and changed the brown dragonfly to green to symbolize all life in nature.
