Dare to Bare

"Dare to Bare" is a 1/150 artwork of an imaginary avatar

How can we begin to love our bodies? Love has many shapes and sizes, doesn't it? Why do we expose ourselves to such self judgement...to harming our psyches with comparisons rather savoring the delights of the flesh? And you? Touch is a gift, yet we deprive ourselves of new moments of learning. We become characters in our own, fictitious story.... Yet we can find ourselves again through art; renewed and invigorated. Though seeing differently. Visit this work not through the lens of society, race, religion...through externals. Visit her as an extension of your body...your desires. Honor this work with your gaze...and reflect on the Beauty that You, personally, shed on mirrors. Allow her vibrant colors and create something beautiful within yourself. Slip into a world of fantasy. Then make it your Reality. xoRo

This digital work began as a self portrait photo shoot, styled and make up by the artist. Then after moving through seven steps to completion, I found her; the avatar representing all all forms of my sexuality… And all it's many shapes and sizes, longings and loves, fulfillments and unmet needs, taboos and beyond. I'd love to support you and exploration of your own body, it's wisdom and your infinite, beautiful colors. As humans, we constantly blur the lines between our digital identity & human selves. Which surreal fantasy are YOU?
