I have now bought this much loved personal piece from my own collection into the present day of NFT's exploring the use of color, light fragments and animation to represent the blink of a camera. Just as I capture rare pure raw moments in time through the lens , the collectible painters of old captured with their paint brush. I also explore and use paint and other techniques with some of my works. In a way this is a reversal..starting with the raw painting by Cora , working my way through a multitude of digital paint brush strokes and other techniques, and ending up with a camera click . Tangier the way it was through a multiple blend of raw paint, digital paint, camera artistry and use of tool box and multiple skill sets. Enjoy . Cora Wilding studied art in Florence, exhibited and is still collected to this day. Cora Wilding was traveling by herself in Morocco as a young woman way back in 1928. Think about that.
