Jeff Beck was the greatest guitar innovator I feel, whose music I loved. He said he wanted his guitar to emulate other sounds, being influenced by sitar music of bending notes, like Ravi Shankar, to brass players as Miles Davis. He challenged it's limits with sounds taken to new heights, that no one else could ever play like. An English guitarist he rose to prominence as a member of the rock band the Yardbirds. Afterwards he founded ,fronted Beck, Bogert & Appice & finally 'The Jeff Beck Group'. He liked to have female bass players and singers in his band. An amazing guitarist I will keep listening to.
