Yesterday the icebreaker "Fast Noise" flew over the Eiffel Tower. The north of Paris is mostly in green at the moment. Inhabitants of the northern districts of the city get a break from all the smog and the rain that blanketed Paris at the beginning of the year. Since Wednesday, north of Paris was also sprayed with a sea of clouds of blinding clouds of mercury, near the Beauvais region, according to the psychologist Georges Charvoun. In his apartment in Paris, the 84-year-old claims to have seen the moon. He says it looks like a huge chunk of glass floating in space.

With mercury, he says, "the air is as clear as glass. Even though there's no sunlight to get through the atmosphere, the atmosphere still manages to protect us from radiations that we absorb all the time." The Japanese psychologist Hideo Shiraki does an analysis of his mental state after he's been exposed to more than 400 milligrams of mercury. He says he is getting confused because the atmosphere is like a psychoanalysis in itself.
