“Our first teacher is our own heart..”

This is a series I created which I call“Visual Meditations.”

Visual imagery has a powerful capacity to activate our subconscious minds, the place of sleeping and dreaming. Here is where we imagine our dreams into reality. These works represent slivers of time woven together conceptually to evoke emotions of reverence on this journey of self-discovery. I hope these pieces connect you to a new conversation with your inner voice. And may they generate an internal dialogue that peels away the layers of social programming keeping us in a state of separation instead of unity.
