Swiss generative artist born in 1985, based in Basel. Trained in graphic design at HGK Basel, Herzog has built one of the most prolific browser-based generative practices of the past decade, running shop on Hic et Nunc, fxhash and Foundation under the handle @lennyjpg. His most-cited series include Returns (fxhash, 2022, 500 ed.), Very Large Array (2022, 256 ed.), Flips (2022, 300 NFTs + 300 prints), and the DOM trilogy with Milian Mori (DOM1 on fxhash 2023, DOM2 on Base 2024, DOM3 on Verse Works 2025). On Ethereum he has released Heatsink (2023, 269 ed.) as part of the AGH collective with Kim Asendorf and Andreas Gysin, Chrome (2023, 128 ed., with Kim Asendorf) — exhibited at the duo's STACK TRACE show at EXPANDED.ART Berlin — and ABO (2025, 150 ed., with 0xfff). His solo exhibition runtime at HEK Basel runs 30 January – 30 March 2026, coinciding with his Zero 10 presentation at Art Basel. He is shown through EXPANDED.ART, Verse Works, Kate Vass Galerie, Nguyen Wahed and the HEK collection.
