## Description

First minted video work that utilizes "Mochi 1", a new video generation tool. For me learning to use a new video generation tool feels like like exploring a new synth patch - trying to discover what kind of music it would be good in. Mochi has a grainy, dreamlike aesthetic - it feels both detached and grounded in reality at the same time. I felt scared from some of my early tests, and following these feelings of fear led me towards this particular work. 

I had my first ever root canal treatment done to me this year - "Love The Pain" was there inspired by real-life events, by our fear of the dentist, and the imagined dental procedures that we thankfully do not get to see for ourselves.
