## Description

I have an obsession with photographing to sketching images related to water, from ocean vistas to close ups of waves onto shore. My travels inspired much of that. I do however, look through my sketches, quick produced w/c paintings. The reason to paint fast is to capture that feeling that inspired me, so not to lose it, much done past 5 years in the Caribbean. This artwork, captures the essence of a wave coming at me. I used arbitrary colours, mostly, not the colours I observed. It is a minimal/abstract fusion artwork. I did many manipulations using my digital tools, after scanning in a part done image. Playing with it is the fun part. I'd say this wave has some ambiguity and I wish for the viewer's eye to look around the art. I tend to not have focal point of interest in most all my creations.
