## Description

One of Japan’s most coveted seasons is autumn with its many magnificent colours. Here in Kyoto, it lasts for about 3 weeks from Mid November till early December.
In Japan, this is called Momijigari (紅葉狩り) or “hunting for the red leaves”. It is derived from these two Japanese words Momiji (紅葉) meaning "red leaves" or "maple tree" and kari (狩り), "hunting".
