## Description

De Terp in Leidschenveen is one of those places that are just magical. In the middle of a common urban area between The Hague and my home city of Zoetermeer, a green hill with a small white church building (a chapel) is erected.

It is not an actual church or chapel, but a work of art. It is much smaller than it seems from a distance.

I was surprised to find such an elegant place so close to my home. It looks like a church somewhere deep in the Scandinavian hillside while in fact it is just one hill (or 'terp') surrounded by the modern world.
