## Description

Introducing PoliTricKs, The First Movement, composed by PaperBoy Fabe, written and performed by MC.

The scene opens up sometime after the death of his father, a petroleum engineer in the nation of Ivory Coast. MC enlists the help of his brother, 2x Grammy nominee PaperBoy Fabe, to create "The PoliTricKs Riddim" featured on this NFT series.

Riddim is the Jamaican Patois way to say the English word "rhythm," but in the dancehall/reggae culture, it also refers to the instrumental accompaniment to a song. Riddims are the primary musical building blocks of Jamaican popular songs. At any given time, up to fifteen riddims are widely used in dancehall recordings, by the most popular reggae artists.

Over a series of several versions of The PoliTricKs Riddim called "Movements," MC retells his story of trials and triumph. As both West African and West Indian descendants, MC taps his roots by "voicing" over his brother's "chune" to paint thrilling scenes out of a real life, Game-of-Thrones-like saga.
