## Description

I am learning to let myself take the time to follow a bee. As I watch, my worries and concerns take a back seat at least for 2 minutes. Content enough to see the bee fly to this flower and that collecting pollen.

This is part of a series of POV meditations including nature scenes and routine. The goal is to create a sense of mindfulness with each viewing. Living in the moment isn't something you are born with it is cultivated with daily choices. Video recorded by me accompanied by soothing piano
