## Description

Why am I here? What did I log on to do? Lost in a trance and just trying not to think about everything that must be done and how I feel just give in to the endless scroll.

This is part of a series of POV meditations including nature scenes and routine. The goal is to create a sense of mindfulness with each viewing. Living in the moment isn't something you are born with it is cultivated with daily choices. Video recorded by me accompanied by soothing piano.
