## Description

This day has been a rollercoaster, everyone has been sick, my grandmother is dying, and I am taking care of my kids. To get away I went to my front yard and just lay in the grass with my youngest. The peacefulness captured me and helped me recenter. Afterwards I sat down and played piano to soothe me. What you see is a brief meditation video of sights and sound. Hopefully this helps you as much as it helped me.

This is part of a series of POV meditations including nature scenes and routine. The goal is to create a sense of mindfulness with each viewing. Living in the moment isn't something you are born with it is cultivated with daily choices.
