## Description

This piece was created digitally in 1999 and I'm happy to get to share this with the world. This illustration was inspired by Joseph Christian Leyendecker (March 23, 1874 – July 25, 1951).
This is one of my favorite artists who inspired me as a child to become an illustrator. This is a piece I did for myself when I was learning the Quantel paintbox which was one of the first commercial tools for digital illustration. This piece holds a special place in my heart.
