## Description

This artwork is a composition that has a medium magenta colour background. In this space I have created many types of shapes, most all are called freeform shapes. A few may have some geometric characteristic These shapes are of varied sizes, each one having either a  flat colour, or are filled with different textures. Some may have a tonal gradation, while others may have a colour band at their edges making it not look completely flat. What I intended in creating this artwork, was to create is an illusion of space and depth, with varied proximity between the forms. So when a viewer perceives the whole, I'd hope that they perceive that some shapes or forms are receding, meaning to move back or further away from a position, or proceed, or to advance towards the foreground to possibly think certain shapes are vibrating or with subtle motion occurring.  It took awhile to find the appropriate aesthetic balance of the composition, by shifting to replacing, to changing sizes, and such. It's simply an add to subtract method, finding out what looks the best. There are shapes that may have some of the colour to textural qualities of other shapes. The main approach was in creating an artwork that's fascinating to perceive, which has unity with variety in it's structural sense, and find out if viewers see some shapes that might represent some familiarity to them. It's certainly abstract art, being bold and colourful.
