## Description

A series that is currently ongoing, Undressed is an exploration of materiality and identity building. How do objects, specifically clothing, shape who we are? What happens in the moments when your body transition from public to private? By imposing the gaze on bodies and clothes, I aim to teeter on the complicated boundaries of lust as I force an unfamiliar degree of intimacy towards the subjects portrayed in the photographs.

Reflecting my own queer desires, the project compiles a grouping of male identified friends, acquaintances and strangers in a studio setting. Shot against the same setting, with a uniform light, the photographs create a typography of gestures in becoming vulnerable.
