## Description

Shinrin in Japanese means "forest," and yoku means "bath." Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses. This is the title that came through after the work was finished. There was no finished outcome that I had started out with. I prefer to be guided in the space of intuition, uncluttered by my own thoughts. The outcome is a work that I particularly draw much peace & serenity from. I hope it does the same for you too! We ARE NATURE!
