## Description

Part of my Metropolis series focusing on the disconnection between people in the digital age. Captured on the streets of London late at night in 2018. The dark background, or negative space, look can be achieved in camera, using certain techniques, providing the relationship between subject and contextual environment is correct. This look has become part of my signature. The idea is that when obscuring part of the image in darkness, it engages the imagination of the viewer in a way that would not happen were the image 'complete'.
