Still she lives in a grim state
That displaces and loses the mind.

Her idle world invites transformation;
Memories morph into Arcadia.
Time corrodes
And destroys innocence.

A longing for company
Has her covet the mortal.
To mechanise, 
To hand-make a hand maidens land.

Hoarding scrap and metal junk 
She peels back flesh from bare limbs,
Piled at her feet
A new bionic memento.
