## Description

An ode to the artist and the creative process. "The Creator" revisits a favorite composition of mine from Simpler Times III, giving it a stylized face lift and a new figure to focus on. The subject is an abstracted rendition of Michelangelo's "Duke of Urbino" with sculpture's unique pose acting as a relatable gesture to the moment when you crack the code and know you're on to something good. Here "The Creator" sits confidently, excited & somewhat surprised at what they've just made, thrilled to show it off to the world.
