## Description

There’s a place in the middle of the old forest,
it holds ancient magic and offers healing of
our souls. I’ve been and this is what I found.

I’ve been Working with my photos, editing,
animation And building the soundscape to
Share a piece of rest for the soul. I call it Zen.

Zen is the direct experience of what we might call ultimate reality, or the absolute, yet it is not separate from the ordinary, the relative. This direct experience is our birthright.
