## Description

As an artist, I deeply value rest, both mental and physical. But lately, I feel as though there's another underlying idea that creatives have to "burnout to survive." In my experience, frequent burnouts had led me to anxiety that I couldn't work properly and my focus went all over the place. Being a workaholic artist is not necessarily bad, but it is prone to becoming unhealthy. If the artist goes down, in the end, both the artist and the art itself suffer.
