## Description

I was up one night later than usual, waiting for results of a certain raffle and over all feeling a little anxious. So i started drawing, which is in my experience  one of the best things one can do in that state. drawing is sometimes said to be like meditation and i kind of agree with it. The drawing started very rough and expressive as they tend to do. It went through several changes, as i erased parts of the old and redraw over it. Small traces of this process show in the final work where  in the end a calm face appeared, kind of reflecting on my own state. I thought of all the layers that I went through to get to this point and so it became an onion.
