## Description

The benthic zone is the ecological region at the lowest level of a body of water -- a hint towards the origin of this creature.

This piece is set within the Mecha Ascent universe. A world in which the creatures that inhabit it have very unconventional methods of locomotion. The biological make-up of these beings seem to have been altered; hard-surface mechanisms fused with flesh.
