## Description

Over 40 species of edible forest mushrooms grow in Poland, but the most valued are porcini mushrooms, boletes, goat mushrooms, butterflies, kites, geese, mushrooms and chanterelles. Mushrooms, although their nutritional value is small, have for centuries been a characteristic of the aroma and taste of Polish cuisine. Therefore, they still remain an indispensable ingredient in many dishes. Unfortunately, practically every edible mushroom has its poison double, so if we have any doubts, it is better to be careful and leave the mushroom in the forest.
