## Description

Since my anxiety is raising again I´ll start with breathwork today. The goal is to change my own chemistry and thereby my own physiology and psychology. Thru controlled hyperventilation and a specific breathing technique I release more carbondioxide than I inhale CO2. In the process my blood gets alkaline. This means pH levels are rising and adrenaline is released and stress levels are dropping. My immune system is sharpend and at it´s best. I am calm and focused and I feel good again.  - Pandemic 2020
