## Description

My art career started in 2015 as a second career following a career ending injury.  Creating art wasn't something I ever considered, even though my grandmother would buy me these boring tubes of oil paints and brushes for Christmas, when I was a kid.  

What I didn't realize then, was that art was in my genes. My grandfather, Andrew Brosnatch, and my great uncle Steve Wheeler (a.k.a. Stephen Brosnatch) were both were accomplished artists.  

Given my late artistic start, I felt what better way to discover art than through the eyes and minds of master artists.  With this thought, my normally oceanic paintings gave way to my Masters Series.  In this series, I choose a master artist who moves me emotionally, and I paint their portrait in my style. Then I surround their portrait with artwork of my design that was inspired by their own style for which they are known.

I hope you can find all the Dali references in this piece, of which the original is an oil on panel.  It was created after many hours of studying his life, and many more, his artistic style.  I am proud that this artwork is among my international award winning pieces.  I am offering 100 digital copies exclusively to Makersplace customers.
