## Description

Following on from our process creating RORSCHACH BEACH we wanted to again work with a mirror effect by applying it to the same format of a forward-travelling aerial, but from an entirely different starting point. In the case of BERMUDA we began with the ocean surface as we travel towards the sunset.

The two suns we thus generated suggested we could push the boundaries of strangeness into the realms of “What lies beneath?” I have had the privilege of flying helicopters over the surface of the Bermuda Triangle and, let me tell you, it’s deeply unsettling to consider even one of the many stories attributed to that region while doing so. Hence our introduction of a swirling vortex at the point where the two halves (dimensions?) join.

The music accentuates the vortex effect in the visuals and therefore musically mirrors the almost transcendental flow of this piece allowing a conjoining of audio with visual experience.
