## Description

We all want to free ourselves from the pain we feel inside. The disgust we feel of ourselves, others, or just the environment around us. We forever feel trapped in this loop of continuous pain and sorrow.

I often feel disgusted with myself. I also feel disgusted with a lot of things around us. It's something I seem to fight with daily. The 'I'm not pretty enough' 'I need to lose weight' ' I am not worthy of anything.

Hard to fight the pain. Hard to continue on. But we must.
