## Description

At the height of the enlightenment, Mary Shelly questioned the optimism of the men around her. Where they saw utopia and the end of death itself, she saw a monstrosity, a grotesque unnatural MIX, born of their conceits. Perhaps, we will revisit her warning as we rush into this next technological revolution. Perhaps... but probably not. Instead, those who make it to the other side may just look back and say, "it seemed like a good idea at the time."  Victor's great fault was that he could see only the hope and not the horror that he was piecing together from the remains of the dead. If only our collective wisdom could keep pace with our technological brilliance we might actually find justice and renewal in the mix.
