## Description

During my time at Ralph Lauren, Gwyneth Paltrow requested a dress to be created for her Best Actress nomination for her role in Shakespeare in Love at the 1999 Academy Awards. This became the 6th most iconic dress in Oscar history.

I had went shopping for a magic marker and found this beautiful pink color. I decided to add it to the other colors that were requested. She then chose the pink for her gown after being presented this illustration. The ball room skirt silhouette had previous walked the Ralph Lauren runway and was one of her favorite designs from his show.
