## Description

A nuclear bunker I visited this summer with my father in Italy. After a kilometer of a dark tunnel laden with traps in the form of drilled holes in the concrete floor. The only mark the copper wire thieves left in this moldy tomb, we arrived at the heart of this decaying behemoth. 

This is the main room in the bunker we the status of other bases was monitored, as can be seen on the board the people working here were monitoring not only the bases in Italy, but also Greece and Turkey.

The War room also boasts a beautiful Cold War map- (the base was built in the 1950s ) unfortunately the crumbling ceiling has covered a large portion.
