## Description

May you recognize in your life the presence, power and light of your soul.
May you realize that you are never alone:
That your soul in its brightness and belonging connects you intimately with the rhythm of the Universe.
~John O'Donohue. Anam Cara.

An ephemeral piece featuring Tamgitake: Golden Oyster mushrooms, garlic pods, citrine crystals and shells, placed on embedded Japanese Rice Paper in a 'Grid of Nine' structure.

Oyster mushrooms in general are highly nutritional and have been used in traditional folk medicine for a variety of health conditions. Golden oysters specifically have more protein than some of the others and appear to have powerful antioxidant properties.

I'm interested in shamanism that involves plants, whether psychoactive or medicinal/nutritional in their application, as well as making and using my own handmade tools for ceremony and ritual: Along with connecting to all five of the natural elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether.

So open to the energy of sun, spiral and mushroom:
To bring more happiness and abundance into your world. ~Ally.
